I gotta start off by saying that my stay here at the Quality Hotel was just awesome, mostly thanks to the super nice staff; Emma, Eva, Elin, Åsa, Karin and the others! This might come off as a Fotballfrue-sponsored-blog-post-type (ref. Øyvind Janbu), but fact is that these folks made me super happy! These girls totally made my stay and gave me renewed energy and motivation! :) Petter Stordalen should be proud of this bunch!

Emma and Eva were so cool that they invited me to the Choice Hotels' grand employee party and hotel opening in Gothenburg today, but I was stupid enough to decline since I felt obligated to hit the road instead (yes, I was regretting my decision the whole way).
The trip to Varberg turned out to be 80km of nice, flat roads accompanied by amazing weather, easily the best day on the road so far!

When in Varberg I stood over a choice. Either I skate as if the devil was behind me and hit Copenhagen Saturday night as an outran horse, or I cut down to 80km a day and hit CPH Sunday morning/afternoon. I decided to go for the latter and called up Emma from the hotel in Gothenburg. She asked if I'd changed my mind about the party. I had, but a little too late. I guess I'll just add that sticker on the yet-another-reason-to-come-back fridge. Anyway, Emma was an absolute angel and arranged a room at Fregatten in Varberg for me. These past two days have truly been blessed! Luckyyyyy!
Now I'm just gonna repeat business and reload before I head for Halmstad tomorrow.
Ciao,
Theie
